An almost obsessive interest in family and images from the past has lead to an exploration of heirloom photos & documents and the stories they tell.

 

With a eye toward preservation and sharing, the photos are collected, scanned, and sometimes repaired before being assembled into a layout that endevours to capture a single moment in time or one facet of a particular person's personality or interests.

 

These pieces are commissioned and involve interviewing the client, collecting letters and documents, doing historical research, and eventually settling on a direction

for the collage.

 

All images used are then put onto photo CDs to be distributed to all family members that are interested in having them.

 

Prints can be made in several sizes and on several different kinds of papers. All paper and ink are archival to insure years of enjoyment.
